* Our drivers do not disclose any information to people not relating to the move. The pickup and delivery details are kept private and confidential unless advised otherwise by customer only.

* The company has 4 trucks which range from 20 to 50 cubic to ensure the truck required for the move is efficient and effective for each individual customer.
* We are happy to send out 1 man with the truck for a small job and can send out up to 6 man and 1 or 2 trucks for those extra big jobs.
* Our guys don’t stop till the job is done and completed with job satisfaction.

* We even look after the customers who fall into a tight spot when moving and are unable to go straight into their new home.
* In cases where you fall into a tight spot we will store your belongings a couple of days free of charge to give you the time to settle and obtain keys for your new home.
* To provide you with a storage quote we just require an inventory list or cubic meter of storage space to work out the monthly rate.
* If you would like someone to come out and quote you a booking is essential.
* Our lock up storage is billed monthly and an appointment is required to view or access the storage facility for customer security.
* Insurance is optional and available for your valuables.

* We have the manpower to assist with packing and unpacking to ensure your move is made easy.
* We offer free delivery of packaging material within Melbourne CBD for all confirmed transport bookings.
* Packaging material we can supply: * Boxes (Large, medium, Archive etc)
* Bubble Wrap and Foam
* Furniture Plastic Covers (Used to cover chairs, couches etc)
* Packing paper (commonly used for glassware & fine china)
* Rolls of Tape
