The secret of PPB® is that only the finest peanuts are selected and slowly roasted then pressed to remove most of the fat and oil. The result is a peanut butter flour with low levels of saturated fat but high in fibre and protein. Suggested Use Mix 2tbsp of PPB ® with 1tbsp (approx 12g) of water and stir until smooth.
