SHRED KING adopts Piece Cutter method, which is that only edges of cutters can be exchanged for larger types. One cutter is fixed with two bolts, and it is possible to exchange cutters only by loosing bolts. Also, downtime is saved with specialized tools.
Moreover, the worn and used Piece Cutters are regenerated as reused cutter by hard facing at KINKI own plant. It costs approximately half of new brand-new ones. 4. Adoption of rotor assembly exchange method
The whole rotor can be exchanged by dividing the casing up and down.
