All our products are packed in PET boxes that are food grade and 100% recyclable.Our eggs are printed with our brand name and the expiry date with a food grade printer attached with our packing machine so that our customers eat the right egg at the right time. Overview of the production processDFP have hired highly qualified professionals who are experienced in various aspects of the egg production to make sure the quality of eggs do not get compromised.Our hens are fed a healthful diet of specially mixed grain and lay eggs in a controlled environment designed for their health.Research is done continually on feed to be sure hens get the right balance of nutrients. Our hens eat a better diet than many people do. Feeding is computer-controlled to distribute fresh feed equally among the flock. All the birds have unrestricted access to cool, clean, and fresh **** our layer farm, computers maintain comfortable temperature and humidity levels and control ventilation fans to provide fresh air. Most eggs are laid between 7 and 11 a.m.With cages raised off the floor, waste falls clear of both the hens and the eggs. In addition to providing good airflow, this eliminates the threat of waste- or soil-borne contamination and diseases.From feeding of birds till the packing of eggs, there is no human handling. The whole process is automatic and computer controlled.
